Our servers are located exclusively in Canada. If you are accessing our Services from outside Canada, please be aware that your information (which, in our case, is limited to the temporary, session-based data necessary for the calculator's functionality and any cookies – see Section 4) may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities in Canada.

We do not transfer your information to any other countries. We are committed to complying with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We do not retain any personal information.

We do not collect or store any personal information from users of zapcalculator.com. Any data entered into the calculator is processed only temporarily during your session and is not saved or retained after your session ends. Session cookies (see Section 4) are deleted when you close your browser.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
